QuickPal Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how QuickPal ("the App") handles information when you use it. QuickPal is developed and published by Octosofty ("we", "us", or "our").
Information You Enter In The App
QuickPal lets you enter palletization project data, including package dimensions, package weight, product names, project names, pallet dimensions, layer layouts, and related report settings. This information is used only to create palletization schemes, previews, saved project files, and PDF reports on your device.
We do not operate a QuickPal server for storing your projects. Project data created in the App is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export, share, back up, or otherwise send it using another app or service.
PDF Export And Sharing
QuickPal can generate PDF reports and save them in the device Documents area. When you use the Android share menu, the PDF is passed to the app or service that you select, such as email, messaging, cloud storage, or another compatible application. The privacy practices of those third-party apps and services are governed by their own privacy policies.
Advertising
The free version of QuickPal may show advertisements, including ads displayed before export actions. We use Google AdMob to provide advertising. Google and its partners may collect and use device identifiers, approximate location, app activity, diagnostic information, and other information as described in Google's policies, in order to provide, limit, measure, and improve advertising.

Premium Features And Purchases
QuickPal may offer premium features through Google Play. Purchase processing is handled by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Google Play may provide us with purchase status information needed to enable premium functionality in the App.
Files And Device Storage
QuickPal may create project files and PDF files on your device. The App may use Android file picker and sharing features so that you can load project files or share exported PDF reports. The App does not scan unrelated files on your device.
Children's Privacy
QuickPal is intended for business, engineering, packaging, and logistics use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data Retention
Project files and PDF reports remain on your device until you delete them. If you share or back up files using third-party services, retention by those services is controlled by their own terms and privacy policies.
Security
We use Android platform features for local file storage and sharing. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so you should share exported project files and PDF reports only with recipients and services you trust.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
